Solution:

The path of your compat.browser might be compiled wrong. Just delete the file whichever is created in your App_Browsers folder apart from compat.browser. If doesn’t work delete compat.browser also. You can find the App_Browsers folder in “C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\portnumber”

Note: Instead of deleting, take the backup at some other place.
