How to get Power Apps Templates

In https://make.powerapps.com/ Navigate to Apps --> '+ New app' --> Start with an app template

You will land on 'Create an app' page, if you scroll down the page you will see few templates as shown below.

Choose required template and create the app to view the UI and code by Microsoft.

To find and add other Power Apps Templates, follow the below steps:

Navigate to Microsoft Marketplace

Search for the required template that you are looking for, if you don't know what to search, you can go to product link and go with publisher as shown below

Select the required template that you want to add it to your Power Apps environment

You will be navigated to details page of the template

Click on "Get it now" button to start the installation.

Choose the environment, select the check boxes for agreeing the legal terms and privacy statement of Microsoft and Dynamics 365 and click on Install button, it will start installation

It will be installed successfully in Power Platform Admin Center at selected environment. You can view/edit the code and play/run the application in Power Apps Maker.
